Manufacturing Process

A High Grade Gel Coat is applied to the mold. Next Hand-Laid FiberGlass is Rolled Out.



Parts are trimmed within the mold & released from the molds in 24hrs. The edges are sanded smooth in our finishing booth. Parts are checked for quailty through out each step.

After each part passes Our High Qualtiy Check Standards... Parts are then be processed, packed & shipped to your door step!!
